rosemary cheese bread (click on "read full" below)

INGREDIENTS: bread.gif

1 French bread loaf
1pkg plain cream cheese softened
2 T butter or margarine softened
4 T fresh rosemary finely chopped
2 T fresh flat leaf parsley finely chopped
1 t salt and pepper


DIRECTIONS:

Heat oven to 350.  Cut French bread in half and spread butter on both halves.  Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and spread onto both halves of the bread. Place both halves of the bread back together (like a sandwich) and wrap with aluminum foil.  Cook for 20-25 minutes until the center has melted.  Serve immediately.
