grill roasted corn (click on "read full" below)


INGREDIENTS:j0430738.gif

4 ears of husked corn
4 T butter
2 T paprika
2 t chili powder
1 t garlic powder
1 t pepper and salt
½ t dried parsley

DIRECTIONS:

Submerge corn in cold water for 20-30 minutes prior to cooking.  Pre-heat BBQ grill to medium-high.  Mix all of the spices thoroughly in a small bowl.  Grill corn for 20 minutes in the husk.  Pull husk down on all sides and cook until grill marks appear. To serve, spread 1 T butter on each corn and sprinkle with spice mixture.
